The total cost of Damon Braces
A straighter smile isn’t just an investment in your appearance — it’s also great for your long-term dental health. Braces can help you fix bite problems that cause tooth decay, gum disease, and other long-term dental damage.
The average cost of braces depends on the patient’s specific alignment issues and orthodontic needs. That said, Damon Braces cost somewhere between $975-$7,500, depending on the type of braces and your treatment length. We don’t believe in hidden markups or other unexpected fees. This cost covers your treatment entirely, including every visit (and visits for one year past your treatment completion) and two sets of retainers.
Our team has experience filing claims with most insurance companies, and we will work out flexible payment options to fit your budget, and we will be happy to file any paperwork on your behalf. If you don’t have orthodontic insurance, don’t stress! While many of our patients don’t have orthodontic coverage, Black Orthodontics is committed to building better smiles in our community at affordable prices.

The Damon Braces System
Black Orthodontics is a proud provider of Damon Braces. Damon Braces are an excellent choice for those who want a more inconspicuous treatment, but who were not candidates for Invisalign®.
Damon Braces’ unique system uses low-profile components that camouflage in with your mouth. And they provide a much more comfortable treatment than conventional braces because they do not require manual tightening. An added benefit of these braces is that they can help avoid expensive and painful procedures like palate expanders, permanent tooth extractions, headgear, or surgery.
Damon System Braces are different from traditional braces, which use metal brackets and elastic ties to straighten teeth. Instead, Damon Braces have a slide mechanism that connects the archwire to the brackets. They are also self-ligating, which means a faster and more comfortable treatment, with fewer visits to our office. You can find out more about Damon System Braces here.
We make it easy for you to save on braces

If you’re concerned about being able to afford braces, contact us for a free smile assessment. Our incredible staff will work with you to find a price that works for you. Many of our patients do not have insurance, but our team helps them attain high-quality treatment, with results that last a lifetime.
Braces treatment is often eligible for flexible spending accounts (FSAs) reimbursement. FSAs allow a set amount of pretax money that is taken out of your salary for the sole purpose of paying for healthcare costs. It’s important to note that FSAs are only offered through your place of employment. Our team has helped many people get FSA reimbursements through their employers.
